Accuracy of Advertisements
The advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of the information about his/her holiday property published on this site. Inthemed.com accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of this information.
The advertiser is responsible for keeping his/her property information up to date and accurate. This information can be updated via the owner area of the site. Inthemed.com accepts no responsibility for negotiations between property owners and site visitors.
Advertisements must comply with relevant UK legislation including the Trade Descriptions Act 1968 (which covers false descriptions) and the Consumer Protection Act 1987 (which covers misleading prices). The advertiser agrees to indemnify inthemed.com against all claims costs arising out of any misleading information in the advertisement.
Inthemed.com reserves the right to edit information where this may be appropriate (e.g. correcting inaccurate grammar and spelling) and we will not be liable for any loss arising out of any such alterations. Inthemed.com will take every care to reproduce the information provided to us by advertisers. We will not however be held liable for any loss arising out of any error or omission on our part. Inthemed.com reserves the right to determine the design and layout of advertisements.
Liability
Inthemed.com accepts no responsibility for negotiations between property owners and site visitors and accepts no liability for any problems arising out of these negotiations. Property owners are advised to have a legal contract between themselves and renters and are also advised to arrange full insurance cover for their holiday property. Inthemed.com cannot be held liable for any loss or damages howsoever incurred, including but not limited to loss of income due to last-minute cancellations, damage to property or theft.
Photos and Copyright
Photos can be uploaded via your members area. If you do not have a digital image we will accept photos by post. However we will not however return photos sent to us by post. It is essential that you make duplicates and keep a copy for yourself before sending photos to us.
It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure they have the right to reproduce any photographs or digital images that are used to promote a property. The advertiser agrees to indemnify inthemed.com against all claims costs arising out of any infringement of copyright for such photographs or images.
Dealing with Property Enquiries
Advertisers are to ensure that property enquiries are dealt with promptly and in an appropriate manner.
Payments
Payments will be accepted online by credit card, by cheque or by bank transfer. Failure to make payment by the renewal date will result in immediate withdrawal of the property advert from our site.
Advertising Multiple Properties
A separate villa advert needs to be set up for each property or accommodation unit. We do not allow multiple properties to be included on a single advert.
Exchanging Properties
Inthemed.com does not allow members to substitute a different property by changing the advertisement text and photographs.
Refusal, Termination or Withdrawal of Advertising
Inthemed.com reserves the right to refuse to accept any advertisement. If an advertisement is refused we will make a full-refund. Under no circumstances will any compensation be payable by inthemed.com for any loss howsoever incurred.
Inthemed.com reserves the right to remove a property from our site without notice. A refund will be made pro-rate for the remaining unused period of the advertisement. Under no circumstances will any compensation be payable by inthemed.com for any loss howsoever incurred.
The advertiser may withdraw their advertisement from inthemed.com at any time by notifying use in writing by letter or email.
Service level
Inthemed.com aims to make the website available on the internet at all times however, we cannot guarantee 100% availability as breaks in service are inevitable, and often beyond our control. From time to time we will be implementing necessary improvements to the site.
Correspondence
Inthemed.com is a web-based company and we therefore use email as our primary means of communication with members. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that any change in email address is updated via their member’s area.
Notification of advertisement renewal will be made solely by email. Invoices can be printed from the members’ section of the site. By signing up you also agree to recieve our newsletter unless you otherwise instruct us.
